If you turn to the sites where you buy electronics you can find hundreds of different bluetooth speakers.Making music is no longer a rarity and does not require special skills.Yet, Polaroid, a company that was reborn around the "impossible mission" of reviving old instant film cameras (and which has proved very possible given the successes achieved over the years) has decided to enter this sector.He did it with a choice consistent with his brand, that is by proposing a "vibe", a Seventies-Eighties emotion, between Andy Warhol's Factory and the documentaries on New York in the Eighties, with the boys dancing breakdance on the street, a preview of a hip-hop world still to be invented.So here are the Polaroid speakers, present since yesterday at the Rinascente in Milan and sold in Italy through the Nital and Rinascente portal, in the Milan store and soon also in other stores (in November) while they are also available on the Polaroid website.There are four models and they are divided by size and capacity.All sharing a look that recalls the boomboxes of the seventies-eighties, plus the original rainbow fabric ring and the predisposition to also attach the camera strap.The speakers are recharged with a USB-C socket (they are "European Union proof") and the larger model can also be connected directly to the home power supply with a normal cable and plug for 220 V.All devices can be coupled to create a stereo effect and have a noticeable presence thanks to the low reflex (but we will see their performance in test).The power: they range from the smallest P1 that travels at 10 Watts to go to the 20 Watt P2, to the 35 Watt P3 up to the bigger and more playful P4 which has 60. Prices range from 59.99 euros to 129, 99, 189.99 and 289.99 euros.The peculiarity of these devices, connected only via Bluetooth to the phone, tablet or computer, is that they can be used not only as generic bluetooth speakers but also paired with an app developed by Polaroid that contains five web radios.The physical commands on the device allow you to change stations and adjust the songs of the web radio even without having to act on the phone.In addition, the button with the little heart to press when a song you like passes by allows you to instantly generate a new thematic web radio on that type of music.The colors of the three smallest models are yellow, black, red and blue.The P4 on the other hand is only yellow or black.
