Thick foam is the only good option to cancel high frequency noise, as technology isn't quite good enough yet to accurately cancel that. 99.999% of all ANC earphones doesn't do any active cancelling on high frequencies as it creates as much noise as it cancels. There are a couple smaller earphone brands doing high frequency ANC. They're not very good at it, though.

For me it's the other way around, I have WF-1000XM4 and the foam tips were uncomfortable and irritated my ear. After switching to silicon, it performed much better, both for the feel of it and noise cancelling.
